Fresh eggs laid that morning by our hens was a normal staple in the refrigerator as child. I still remember thinking how strange it was that someone would buy a white egg .. that’s not how it came out of the bird! Flaky light pie crust filled with berries picked from my grandmothers yard made you want to cry they were so perfect tasting. Those kinds of early memories are what formed my love and appreciation for all natural cooking. Add a dash of my fathers entrepreneurial spirit and I was inspired to become a Personal Chef.

My clients include all walks of life from individuals on restrictive diets and hard working families to public figures in entertainment. It is my firm belief that everyone deserves to nourish their bodies and savour one of life’s great pleasures no matter what your budget is.
